I usually love this place and the one by Krystal . But. This last experience , I requested well done steak and a big to go plate and told them I’d pay extra if necessary and my steak was pink. Rice was uncooked and the cheese that goes with my nachos was clumped . I called about it to let them know and even said I didn’t want anything in return I was just thinking it could have been a new cook. The man wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence and told me to hold on and put me on hold for 8 minutes and ended up hanging up . I suggest not placing a Togo order after 8pm . Never had this problem with the one by Krystal’s.

We brought some clients here for lunch and a company meeting today. The service was HORRIFIC! The food was alright about the same as most of the places we visit but that was the only positive thing at this place. We saw our waitress once to take our order, never refilled the drinks and never brought out the complete order. We had to walk up to the register and flag someone down from the back to get our bill and check out. Management should be fired!!

Really fast service and really good food. I got the burrito California and it was AMAZING. The waitress made sure our drinks were full the whole time and the manager came by to check everything a few times. Really liked the place, will definitely be there again.
